Ada Ngoka is the Principal of Chi Actuarial, where she serves as a trusted actuarial advisor to health plans and executive leadership teams navigating today's complex healthcare landscape.

With more than 18 years of actuarial experience spanning health, disability, and property & casualty insurance, Ada has built her practice around pricing, reserving, financial reporting, and data analytics for health plans. She is an Associate of the Society of Actuaries (ASA) and a Member of the American Academy of Actuaries (MAAA), maintaining an active commitment to professional development and staying current with evolving regulatory and market trends.

Throughout her career, Ada has held actuarial positions at Watson Wyatt (now Willis Towers Watson), Assurant Solutions, and Lincoln Financial Group. She founded Chi Actuarial to provide health plans with independent actuarial expertise and strategic guidance that supports sound decision-making and long-term financial sustainability.

Ada is known for translating complex actuarial analyses into clear, actionable insights that help leadership teams make informed, confident decisions. Her approach is collaborative, practical, and grounded in the operational and financial realities of today's healthcare market.

Outside of work, Ada enjoys hiking, volunteering, and spending time with family and friends.
