Ada Ngoka is the principal of Chi Actuarial, where she serves as a trusted actuarial advisor to health plans and leadership teams navigating today’s complex healthcare landscape.

With over 18 years of experience, Ada brings deep expertise in pricing, reserving, financial reporting, and data analytics across a range of insurance sectors; including health, disability, and property & casualty. She is an Associate of the Society of Actuaries and a Member of the American Academy of Actuaries, fully engaged in ongoing professional development to stay ahead of regulatory and market changes.

Throughout her career, Ada has held key actuarial roles at Watson Wyatt (now Willis Towers Watson), Assurant Solutions, and Lincoln Financial Group. Today, she leads Chi Actuarial with a focus on delivering takeaways that support sustainable financial performance for health plans.

Ada’s strength lies in translating actuarial rigor into clear, strategic guidance giving leadership teams the clarity they need to make confident, data informed decisions. Her approach is collaborative, practical, and grounded in the realities of healthcare finance and operations.

Outside of work, Ada enjoys hiking, volunteering, and spending quality time with family and friends.
