Our Team

Ada is the founder and Principal of Chi Actuarial.

She brings more than 19 years of actuarial experience across health, disability, and property and casualty insurance. She is an Associate of the Society of Actuaries (ASA) and a Member of the American Academy of Actuaries (MAAA).

Before founding Chi Actuarial, Ada held actuarial positions at Watson Wyatt, now Willis Towers Watson, Assurant Solutions, and Lincoln Financial Group. She established Chi Actuarial to work directly with organizations on actuarial and financial questions that require an independent actuarial perspective.

In recent years, Ada has worked closely with health plan leadership to evaluate whether pricing and reserves are sound, whether cost-containment strategies are achieving their intended results, and what emerging claims trends mean for the plan’s financial position. Her clients rely on her not only for the analysis, but also for a clear, independent assessment of what it means for the business.

Outside of work, Ada enjoys hiking, staying fit and healthy, and catching up with friends and family.
